You're about to enter the US illegally, and Trumpy Wumpy is in charge.

Interesting. US policy over the course of at least three presidencies and it's Trump's fault. If we are going to delve into the waters of the bizarre we should include the possibility of that being a sign of reincarnation. Which places the person pretty much anywhere in the world, since the US isn't alone in immigration policy causing a bit of discomfort for adults choosing illegal action.

It really was a joke that seems appropriate for the times. I might guess that a person who dreams about losing a child by having it taken away might either feel guilty about something subconsciously, or is in fear for some reason. Dreams are often the way the subconscious tells you somethings not right with your situation or behavior.

But to your point; this time it was Trump, and he took the policy to the limit where as others didn't, and who doesn't keep records? How can you not know where some of those kids went? It's as if he wanted to keep them. Kind of defeats the purpose.

But of course you're right. Your first act in a new country shouldn't be breaking the law, and people that go to jail don't keep their kids with them in any country I know of. But unless I'm wrong, this wasn't about illegals as much as people trying to emigrate at the border instead of going through the process. Asylum seekers.  That's different than trying to sneak in or break in and is usually not considered trying to get in illegally.

Dreams are so relatives, they can be a manifestation from our minds telling us things that happened, others that are happening now, and some times premonitions.
A dream can be interpreted with its reflection in our lives on the present, the situation in which the actions verbs from the dream could apply. EG: In your case losing something, being separated from something.
And you'll need to think about your live and mostly, your fears.
Dreams often are the reaction from our minds that tells us:
    - Hey! You gotta do something!
Take Care Kim, n welcome to HPs. wink

Maybe you are beginning to realize you might by a little overprotective?  It happens with us mothers.  We hear so much in the news about child abductions, etc. we start to get paranoid.  Today everything bad in in our face 24 hrs a day because there is so much media coverage than there was years ago.  You have to trust yourself in the way you have taught your children to be aware of their surroundings, but you can't keep them in a bubble.  They will not learn how to take care of themselves.  Remember you can't always be with them.  They have to be able to stand up for themselves.

Every dream we have is about us.  What you are really dreaming is that a part of you is being taken away, not your child.  This can translate to mean that you are growing.  Something inside of you is no longer useful to you, so you are growing past it.  You are going to a higher level with this.  So, where there is no resistance, there is no harm.  Grow!

Taoist way of dream interpretation - It means that you will be gaining wealth pretty soon. (maybe hubpage earnings? haha!) Congrats in advance. I am not joking.
